The Parade Committee is now accepting nominations for next year’s Grand Marshal

The Burlington County St. Patrick’s day Parade Committee is now accepting nominations for Grand Marshal for the 2013 St. Patrick’s Parade which will take place on Saturday March 2, 2013.  We are looking for individuals that should be honored for their dedication to the community and their Irish Heritage.  Please email any suggestions to Jim Logue at

Parade Moved to the 31st due to Weather Conditions

Due to unforeseen weather conditions that have developed the parade committee had decided that it is in the best interest of everyone involved to postpone the parade until the Saturday March 31st.  The current weather models show heavy rain and thunder continuing though 2 P.M. tomorrow.  Even if we pushed the parade time back this would not leave us enough time to get everyone set up and have the parade finish before it started to get dark.  We are sorry for any problems that it may cause by moving the parade date to the 31st.  If anyone is until to take part in the parade on the new date of the 31st please contact me so that we may plan accordingly.  Once again we would like to thank you for your understanding on us having to move the parade due to the approaching “Irish Sunshine”

John and Molly’s becomes the Sponsor of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The parade committee would like to welcome John and Molly’s Restaurant and Bar in Eastampton as the official sponsor of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.  John and Molly’s is located on Woodlane road in Eastampton and will feature a large festival tent on St. Patrick’s Day.  It is a great place to spend St. Patrick’s Day in the Mt. Holly area with some great music and Irish beers.  It will make you feel like you are stepping back into Dublin for the day.

John and Molly’s has joined us as the sponsor of our Grand Marshal and we are excited to have such a great restaurant joining the parade.  Please visit them on the web at watersoftenermaestro

Parade Committee Welcomes our Newest Sponsor Dooney’s Irish Pub of Delran

The Parade Committee would like to welcome the newest Sponsor of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.  Dooney’s Irish Pub of Delran is an exciting new Irish Pub that just opened this past summer in Delran off of Rt. 130.  Without the support of great people like the Dooney family and Dooney’s Irish Pub the parade would not be possible.  We ask that you support Dooney’s Irish Pub.  Join them on St. Patrick’s Day for Irish music and good times or anytime you need to sit back and enjoy a Pint.
